The Job

Adult Swim is seeking a Production Finance Associate in Atlanta, GA. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Production Finance Department and reports to the Production Finance Manager. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and will be interfacing with freelance Production Accountants, Production staff, as well as other colleagues and vendors throughout the United States. All communication must professional with consistent and timely follow-up. Innovative thinking, intellectual curiosity, and strong attention to detail are a must.

The Daily
  • Support the Production Finance Teams in Atlanta and Burbank
  • Assist with monthly cost reporting and forecast processes
  • Initiate job postings and onboarding of freelance Production Accountants
  • Open, assign, manage and close bank accounts, facilitate signature cards and troubleshoot any issues
  • Manage and grant access as necessary to all accounting and production accounting software systems
  • Maintain and update Production Accounting and Production Finance Manuals
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end tax reporting for GA withholding and tax incentives
  • Manage archives at GRM, Scenechronize, and all internal shared drives
  • Set up meetings, arrange travel, and assist with expense reports for Production Finance Dept.
  • Assist with presentations and ad hoc analysis
  • General admin duties as required: copies, scanning, shipping, and research

The Essentials
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant Production or Production Accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Global Vista, Cashet, and Movie Magic Budgeting
  • Ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with working independently while managing multiple projects
  • Adept at working with people from various backgrounds and maintaining composure at all times
  • High energy individual who is extremely organized, detail oriented and a team player
